All three bedrooms are on the Ground Floor - where they remain cool and have direct access to the pool.

Bedroom One, double bedroom with ensuite

This bedroom (approx. 3.25m x 4m) with a full ensuite bathroom has a double bed and room for another single bed or a cot.

Sliding patio doors with electric shutters has views onto open land and access to the patio and the swimming pool.

The recently modernised ensuite is equipped with a wash basin/vanity unit, toilet, bath with a hand shower, and a new spacious walk-in shower.

Bedroom Two, a family room with ensuite

The second bedroom (approx. 4m x 4.5m) has two single beds, which can be configured as one king size double.

In addition the sofa converts into two extra single beds with full size mattresses. One of these slides underneath the sofa, so can be put away during the day, or both the extra beds can be left set up.

Sliding patio doors with electric shutters lead to the patio and the swimming pool.

Walk through the wardrobe to the main villa bathroom.  This is equipped with a wash basin/vanity unit, toilet, bath with hand shower, a separate walk-in shower.

The third bedroom (approx. 3.75m x 3.4m) has two single beds. Sliding patio doors lead to the patio and the swimming pool.

This bedroom is equipped with its own Shower Room, with a toilet, wash basin and a walk in shower.
