Lagos is a very short drive from the villa, or you can catch a bus or use a taxi.

Lagos is a historic city with lots to do and see. In the centre, surrounding the main square, there are good shops and numerous restaurants and bars. You can walk along the River that forms a promenade through Lagos, cross the lifting pedestrian bridge and visit the busy Marina.

Spend some time checking out St Anthony Church and the Lagos Museum. Nearby are plenty of beaches including Praia da Dona Ana beach and Praia do Camilo beach. A real highlight is the headland of Ponta da Piedade with a series of magnificant rock formations. This an be viewed from the scenic boardwark or bt the sea at the bottom of a long staircase.
